Chef-owner Maria Bradford brings a confident, contemporary lens to Sierra Leonean cooking, shaped by her childhood in Freetown and formal training at Leith’s. In doing so, she places Sierra Leone firmly and proudly on the culinary map of Sevenoaks, a Kent commuter town not usually associated with West African food.
